1. Download the MEP-Reader from HERE
2. Connect the Blackberry phone to computer using the original USB cable and start the MEP Soft and click Read Blackberry Handset Info
3. IMEI – this is the serial number of the phone
4. MEP – this is the MEP name from where your phone is locked, this is what you need to submit in UnlockCN
NOTE: you should install the latest version of Blackberry Desktop Software
