1. Download the MEP-Reader from HERE
2. Connect the Blackberry phone to computer using the original USB cable and start the MEP Soft and click Read Blackberry Handset Info
3. IMEI – this is the serial number of the phone
4. MEP – this is the MEP name from where your phone is locked, this is what you need to submit in UnlockCN

NOTE: you should install the latest version of Blackberry Desktop Software

Blackberry8XXX/9000/9630:

press group Key: ALT+Cap+H ->>>Vendor ID

Blackberry:7100/8220:

Press group Key: ALT R+A+C+E

Blackberry 9500/9530:

From the home screen press and hold escape, then press the left top corner, right top corner, left top corner and right top corner of the screen to bring up a “Help me” page.
